I-Petroleum Pte. Ltd was incorporated in Singapore on 7th July 2008, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of IPS. I-Petroleum was established to take advantage of Singapore’s strategic position as the hub for the oil and gas industry. It provides both corporate and marketing services to the Group’s operations and businesses in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Vietnam and Myanmar, and coordinates with our partners and principals, many of which have their regional offices in Singapore.

PT Integrated Petroleum Services

PT Integrated Petroleum Services was established in 2009 to tap on the vast opportunities of the oil & gas industry in Indonesia, particularly in the chartering and management of offshore support vessels and offshore drilling rigs.

Currently, PT Integrated Petroleum Services represents and markets Bluewhale Offshore’s fleet of rigs in Indonesia.

Over the years, in collaboration with its associate PT Lautan Berkah Utama, it has secured various contracts from clients such as Murphy Oil, Premier Oil, Petronas Carigali, ENI and Medco Energi.
